Abrasivos Aguila S.A. is an enterprise devoted to the
development, production and manufacture of abrasives and
chemical products for the natural stone industry, and for the

ADW is the arm of Aguila which manufactures a wide range of
diamond blades and other diamond coated products for the
precise cutting and shaping of all stone material by hand or

Unlimited process flexability.
The Robostone offers a fast, repeatable and flexible stone
finishing process. Its unique texturing and patterning
capabilities give the possibility to generate beautiful new
stone products using granite, sand-stone, quartzite,
limestone, marble and even terrazzo of different sizes and
shapes. Patterns and textures can be modified in a fast and
easy way, while the system requires little training for its
use. the Robostone increasces operational profits of stone
manufacturers as it requires low maintenance, has low
operational costs and gives a scrap reduction of atleast 20 to
40%.
3 Robostone models:
- RoboStone 30T:
A small model for tile
processing (from 15cm to 60cm width by any length and
thickness): 3 axis displacement system.
- RoboStone 30ST:
same but for large
slabs ( ex. 2.2 m width X 3 m length) and
tiles at the same time
- RoboStone 60:
the fully equipped model with a
6 axis Robot and plasma processing of any shapes as
seen on our brochure (plasma designing kit included).
